Coral

Coral is situated in the enviable harbour basin area, only a short stroll from town. Feel welcomed into this airy apartment with its wonderful bow-fronted windows and sea views. The coming and going of fish town life is sure to offer pleasant people-watching entertainment, so sit in one of the window tub chairs while enjoying the welcome pack provided with each booking: hot drinks, milk, and complimentary wine.

The king-size en-suite bedrooms ensure maximum comfort. The master bedroom has a
Jack-and-Jill style en-suite with a shower over a bath, while the second bedroom’s en-suite has a
walk-in shower and heated towel rails.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is clean and contemporary. The kitchen is well-appointed and
benefits from a sleek, functional minimalist style that characterises the apartment. In the lounge diner area, the sofas offer comfort, and the four-seat dining table is perfect for discussing your adventures, whether they be harbourside crabbing or a boat trip to Dartmouth.

The utility room provides a sink and washer/dryer for a few extra conveniences. Most convenient of all, however, is the dedicated parking a few minutes’ walk away on the harbourside below. And even if you prefer to stay inside, the wifi will keep you connected to the world beyond.

Location information…

Coral is a ground floor apartment, settled at the bottom of Bay View Steps. Just off King Street, you’ll find an eclectic range of eateries and shops close by. More familiar high street names like Costa co-exist with Brixham businesses such as Dilly Dally and the West Country Deli.

A short walk takes you to the ferries or the main Brixham bus stop that can take you to destinations in
Torbay and beyond. Along the harbour you can head to the breakwater and its half-mile walk to the
lighthouse, or the nearby shingle beach. The beach has a Blue Flag Award — a global standard that
commends cleanliness, safety, and environmental considerations.
