My Brixham Holiday

Dunlin 3 – The Cove

Sleeps 4
2 Bedrooms
1 Bathrooms

This gated development of apartments overlooks the beautiful Fishcombe Cove. Dunlin 3 is a ground floor apartment, sitting in the middle row, accessed by a small number of steps from the path. For walkers, you couldn’t get closer to The Southwest Coastal Path, including scenic local 11-mile routes from Brixham to Dartmouth in one direction, and Brixham to Babbacombe in the other.

Dunlin 3 is a labour of love; the owners have put careful thought into every detail to make it a true home away from home. Throughout guests can enjoy seaside and nautical accents as well as nods to the apartment block’s wader-bird theme.

This apartment has a peaceful, relaxing colour scheme of soft blues complemented by natural wood, space-saving furnishing choices that ensure you’ll never feel boxed in.

The glass-front balcony; easily accessed from the lounge and master bedroom; features a circular dining table with chairs and additional seating for relaxing and enjoying the coastal sunshine.

This is a family-friendly property and children are welcome, they'll love to swim and play in the development’s heated outdoor pool. Returning guests to the Bay often choose The Cove again!

Location information…

The Cove is a stone’s throw away from the Battery Gardens. There is a local bus service from the nearby Mount stop (2-minute walk) for those not fancying the longer 15-minute stroll into the harbour.

From the harbour you can then catch a ferry or bus to the wider Torbay and South Devon area, including destinations such as Torquay and Dartmouth. Torquay then offers access far beyond via the Great Western Railway.
