My Brixham Holiday

Penny Steps

Sleeps 9
5 Bedrooms
5 Bathrooms

This Victorian house is an ideal choice for those who are fond of their own space, from the more introvert to the modern-day virtual worker, but who also require a property with plenty of room. Penny Steps can sleep up to nine in its five bedrooms. For larger parties — especially family groups — the neighbouring first floor Poppin and Tom’s Nest apartments can be booked for convenience, subject to availability.

The property has a calming neutral colour palette and an expansive, airy feel with generously sized rooms and high ceilings typical of Victorian-era architecture. The property’s bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (all with showers) & endearing accent colourings.

Additionally, enjoy the expansive, Instagrammable views of the Marina, that are sure to make you the envy of your family and friends, all from the comfort of your room. For private socialisation, there is a small, paved area at the rear of the property. The owners request that you do not smoke on the benches, but there are seating options across the road.

Essential Details

  • Five bedrooms (single, 2 x double, super-king or twin, king)
  • Five bathrooms (all with showers, one with bath)
  • Additional fold-out mattress in the dressing room near the master suite
  • Dining areas near the kitchen and the lounge
  • Free Wifi

Two parking permits are provided for the duration of your stay. This presents a large saving on local parking, which can infamously be scarce in the summer months. Unloading and parking details will be confirmed before arrival.

There are 18 steps from pavement level to the house’s front door, and the property itself is spread across three floors. Pets are also not permitted at this property.
