The interior glazed panelling makes the whole apartment feel light and airy. Step outside the front door and you are in the heart of all Brixham has to offer.

The modern kitchen includes a fridge, a clothes washer, induction hob and electric fan oven. It comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you could need.

The family shower room features a large shower cubicle, W/C and his n hers washbasins.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and built in wardrobes and storage. The 2nd bedroom has a zip & link king-size bed or 2 singles – let us know which you prefer when booking, It has a large wardrobe and two chests of drawers.

A Torbay Parking Permit can be purchased online, this can be used in the vast majority of car parks across the whole of Torbay. This is available from Car park permit – Torbay Council. 8 Day permits are £50 and 4 Day permits are £28.
