Seascape

Sleeps 4
2 Bedrooms
2 Bathrooms

Seascape is situated in the enviable harbour basin area, and its elevated position maximises some of Brixham’s best views. These can be enjoyed both from the interior and the full-width wood-floored glass balcony. Feel welcomed into this airy apartment by the welcome pack provided with each booking: hot drinks, milk, and complimentary wine.

The en-suite bedrooms, with their wonderful sea views, ensure maximum comfort. The master bedroom has a Jack-and-Jill style en-suite with a shower over a bath, while the second bedroom’s en-suite has a walk-in shower and heated towel rails. Both of these have tasteful cool grey tiling.

With loft-esque ceilings, skylights and full-length glass doors, natural light is allowed to flow through the clean and contemporary open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well-appointed and benefits from a sleek, functional minimalist style that characterises the apartment. In the lounge area, the sofas offer both comfort and a warm pop of colour at the apartment’s heart, with the four-seat dining table a few steps away for ideal socialisation (or co-existence!)

The utility room provides a sink and washer/dryer for a few extra conveniences. Most convenient of all, however, is the dedicated parking less than four minutes away, and the apartment’s proximity to King Street, Brixham’s buzzing central hive. And even if you prefer to stay inside, the state-of-the art superfast fibre optic wifi will keep you connected to the world beyond.

Location Information

Seascape is situated near the top of Bay View Steps, just off King Street, where you’ll find an eclectic range of eateries and shops. More familiar high street names like Costa co-exist with Brixham businesses such as Dilly Dally and the West Country Deli.

A short walk takes you to the ferries or the main Brixham bus stop that can take you to destinations in Torbay and beyond. Along the harbour you can head to the breakwater and its half-mile walk to the lighthouse, or the nearby shingle beach. The beach has a Blue Flag Award — a global standard that commends cleanliness, safety, and environmental considerations.
