This is a reverse level house situated in a quiet scenic area of Brixham. It has panoramic views of Brixham Breakwater and Torbay from its three balconies. Internally, the property features a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area and wooden flooring. Underfloor heating means it is cosy even on colder days. Externally, the three spacious balconies from the living area and bedrooms provide ample space to sit and soak up the views.

  • Ground floor bathroom comprises a large cubicle with electric shower, wc and basin

  • Allocated parking for one car in the dedicated carport
  • Parking for additional cars is available on Heath Road, or 5 minutes walk away on Berry Head Road.


  • One small, adult, well behaved dog is welcome at a supplement of £50. Please contact us if you wish to bring a dog.


  • Certain recreational equipment (including electrically powered bicycles and paddle boards) is normally kept at the property by the owners. Use of these items is prohibited.
  • Please read the information that you will find at the house and apply the contents, particularly the information provided relating to fire, safety & environmental considerations.
  • Guests are asked to treat the property with due care, for the continued enjoyment of themselves and others. If you damage/break anything we ask that you write it in the Damage & Breakages book before you vacate the house at the end of your stay.
  • We ask that shoes are not worn in the property and that they are left in the downstairs hall.
  • Please lock all windows and secure the property when it is left unoccupied.
  • The property will be inspected following Guests’ departure. Guests are required to pay in full for any damage or extra cleaning costs caused in any way during their occupancy. We will not be required to prove that any damage is caused by Guests.
  • Please do not move any furniture from one room to another.
  • All items must remain in the property and not be taken elsewhere.
  • We are an eco-friendly holiday home. Please ensure you switch off lights, heating and electrical appliances when you go out and ensure that the washing machine is only used when the property is occupied.
  • Torbay Council collect refuse on alternate Thursdays. Please segregate/recycle as indicated using the three bins below the kitchen sink and place bins by the roadside and sort /replace into designated collection bins ie food waste bin/ blue bag/ wheelie bin/ black tub found in the corner of the carport
  • Please do not take any bathroom towels with you to the beach.
  • Two sets of keys will be left in the key-safe located in the utility cupboard. Please note that there will be a charge for any keys not left in the key-safe immediately on departure.
  • Please allow plenty of time on the morning of departure to ensure the emptying of refuse, clear all litter, strip beds and place the bedding on the floor at the foot of each bed and tidy all areas particularly the kitchen.?Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Children must not be left without adult supervision, especially on stairs and balconies.
  • Please park your vehicle in the designated carport, ensuring cars do not block access to neighbouring properties.
  • Please do not turn off the under-floor heating but use the wall thermostats to adjust the temperature (to stay between 18-21 degrees only)
