Stepaside Apartments – Tom’s Nest

Sleeps 2
1 Bedrooms
1 Bathrooms

Tom’s Nest is a cosy one-bedroom apartment that can sleep two guests in an en-suite double bedroom. This property offers unencumbered views of Brixham Marina. For larger parties — especially family groups — the neighbouring Poppin sister apartment (sleeps 4 in two rooms) or the Penny Steps house next door (which sleeps up to nine) can be booked for convenience, subject to availability. Tom’s Nest is an ideal bolt hole for a couple, who would appreciate a little extra peace and quiet.

Tom’s Nest is a homely, comfortable nook that provides an escape from the bustling world, but it also provides necessary appliances for modernity, ease and comfort. The property’s windows provide plenty of natural light throughout the apartment, and its consistent neutral colouring makes for an incredibly relaxing experience for our guests. Enjoy a book or a glass of wine while enjoying the glorious sea views, allowing you to fully escape into realms of your very own.

A parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay. This presents a large saving on local parking, which can infamously be scarce in the summer months. Unloading and parking details will be confirmed before arrival.

There are 15 steps from the pavement level to the communal ground-floor front door, from which there is an inside flight of 32 stairs to the top floor to access the apartment. Pets are not permitted at this property. As it is a one-bedroom apartment it is not suitable for children.
